The Township Manager carries out the policies and programs approved by the Board of Supervisors and provides administrative leadership. Carolyn McCreary is charged with the day-to-day administration of the Township government. She leads a staff of 37 Township employees in implementing an annual operational budget of $3.8 million.
The Township Manager's office is tasked with:
- Providing direct support for office services, agenda preparation and meeting management;
- Informing, engaging and interacting with the people the Township serves and making Township government more useful to citizens; and
- Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Township services.
