To help residents more fully realize the amount of water that is "consumed" on an annual basis please see the attached informational spreadsheet . This information is compiled from the water systems owned and operated by Plumstead Township and does not include private residential wells.
Water loss sources include; system flushing and maintenance, normal system operation (backwashing of filters etc.) use by volunteer fire departments and Public Works, and unfortunately unauthorized use and theft.
