The Township Manager carries out the policies and programs approved by the Board of Supervisors and provides administrative leadership. Stacey Mulholland is charged with the day-to-day administration of the Township government. She oversees a staff of 37 Township employees and administers an General Fund operating budget of $6.4 million.

The Township Manager's office is tasked with:

• Providing direct support for office services, agenda preparation, meeting management and budget;
• Informing, engaging and interacting with the people the Township serves and making Township government more useful to citizens; and
• Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Township services.
